Screenchannel has co-produced a short film in association with Sound Films. 'Hibernation' tells the touching and magical story of children coping with the death of a friend. Written and directed by Cannes award winning director John Williams, 'Hibernation' features the work of young British child actors and rising young film production talent. Shot at Pinewood Studios and on location in the South of England, 'Hibernation' has been supported by the British Film Council and has won several major awards.After Hibernation's considerable success at film festivals around the world, a full length feature film directed by John Williams, 'Here on Earth', is currently in pre-production.
In association with Here on Earth's co-writer Jon Gilbert, Screenchannel has produced a feature film script 'Spotter'. It tells the story of a young boy living in a village threatened by massive airport expansion.
